• Leading change through ICT Strategic Plan (ISP) alignment  for the Ministry/Government/ Agency with the needs of the National Development Plan, Strategic Plan of the Ministry/State/Agencies and Public Sector ISP
  
  
• Implement and coordinate the use of policy, standard and global best practices;
  
  
• Coordinate promotion of ICT Culture (ICT acculturation) delivery system in public sector services and;
  
  
• To implement and coordinate the application of electronic government innovation, infrastructure and ICT security.
