  • PERTANIAN TEPAT DAN PINTAR
    SISTEM AMARAN AWAL SERANGGA PEROSAK BENAH PERANG

    Sistem amaran awal (Early Warning System, EWS) telah dibangunkan bagi memantau kehadiran benah perang sebelum berlakunya serangan yang teruk serta mengelakkannya daripada merebak.
     
    PERTANIAN TEPAT PADI

    Pertanian tepat padi menggabungkan teknologi yang canggih dan pengurusan yang cekap untuk mengurangkan penggunaan input seperti benih, baja dan racun perosak dan seterusnya menyumbang kepada penjimatan kos dan mengurangkan kesan buruk kepada alam sekitar.

     
    SISTEM PENYEJUKAN EVOPORATIF

    Sistem penyejukan evaporatif dalam trak pengangkutan dibangunkan sebagai alternatif kepada trak sejuk dan trak kanvas yang sedia ada di pasaran. Trak sejuk menggunakan sistem penyejukan mekanikal bagi mengekalkan suhu rendah tetapi ia memerlukan bekalan tenaga secara intensif serta pelaburan modal awal besar untuk pemasangan dan penyelenggaraan berkala. Trak kanvas pula menawarkan teknik penyejukan dengan kos lebih rendah tetapi kualiti produk dan kehilangan lepas tuai dikompromi.
     
       

     

    SISTEM PENANAMAN SAYURAN SECARA VERTIKAL

    MARDI telah membangunkan satu struktur vertical kompak yang dinamakan sebagai TUBE Plot. Ia bertujuan untuk melaksanakan aktiviti pertanian bandar dengan mengeluarkan hasil yang berganda dan tidak memerlukan tanah yang luas.

     
    SISTEM FERTIGASI PINTAR BERASASKAN INTERNET BENDA

    Fertigasi Pintar adalah aplikasi berasaskan web yang dibangunkan untuk menguruskan sistem fertigasi dengan lebih berkesan menggunakan teknologi Internet Of Things (IoT).
    Sistem ini memberikan kombinasi air dan nutrien yang tepat terus ke zon akar setiap tanaman mengikut keperluan pertumbuhan pokok.
     

     
    SISTEM PENENTUAN KERATAAN TANAH

    Penyediaan tanah sawah dan pengurusan kerataan tanah sebelum proses menabur benih merupakan langkah pertama yang amat kritikal ketika proses penanaman padi. Kawasan tanah sawah yang tidak rata akan menyebabkan masalah kepada pengairan dan boleh menjejaskan pertumbuhan tanaman dan hasil pengeluaran padi. Pembangunan sistem penentuan kerataan tanah secara sistematik dapat menyelesaikan masalah ini dan mengurangkan masa untuk menabur benih padi.

     

     

    SISTEM PENABURAN BENIH SECARA KADAR BOLEH UBAH

    Teknologi pembajaan secara kadar boleh ubah merupakan satu teknik penentuan kuantiti pembajaan secara tepat pada plot tanaman yang boleh ditentukan melalui penggunaan data spektral daripada sensor pantulan kanopi aktif dan beberapa indeks vegetasi sebagai input. Melalui teknologi ini, peta SPAD (Soil Plant Analysis Development) dan peta GAI (Green Area Index) yang dihasilkan akan dimasukkan ke dalam perisian pengiraan baja bagi membentuk peta rawatan pembajaan. Peta rawatan pembajaan ini kemudiannya akan dimasukkan ke dalam Sistem Navigasi Satelit Sejagat (GNSS) bagi mengawal proses penaburan baja secara kadar boleh ubah. Kajian yang telah dijalankan menunjukkan bahawa model teknologi ini berupaya untuk memberikan ketepatan sehingga 83% dalam mengklasifikasikan status nitrogen tanaman padi, menjimatkan penggunaan baja sebanyak 20% serta membantu meningkatkan produktiviti bagi petani dan pemain industri padi.

     
     

    SISTEM AMARAN AWAL SERANGGA PEROSAK BENAH PERANG

    Satu sistem amaran awal (Early Warning System, EWS) telah dibangunkan bagi memantau kehadiran benah perang sebelum berlakunya serangan yang teruk serta mengelakkannya daripada merebak. Sistem ini mengambil kira faktor persekitaran iaitu suhu, kelembapan relatif dan taburan hujan yang dicerap melalui stesen kaji cuaca. Sistem ini mampu meningkatkan kecekapan pengesanan kebarangkalian berlakunya wabak serangan benah perang pada tanaman padi sebanyak 50%.


     

    e-SIAAP - APLIKASI SISTEM AMARAN AWAL SERANGAN PEROSAK BENAH PERANG

    Benah perang (BPH) merupakan salah satu serangga perosak utama tanaman padi yang menyebabkan kehilangan hasil dan kerugian sehingga 60%. Aplikasi berasaskan web yang dipanggil e-SIAAP telah dibangunkan sebagai platform untuk membantu golongan sasar mendapatkan maklumat berkaitan tahap risiko serangan BPH untuk 7 hari akan datang. e-SIAAP memproses data semasa yang berkaitan, mengira risiko wabak BPH dan menghasilkan peta ramalan risiko serangan. Selain dapat meningkatkan keberkesanan pengesanan sehingga 50%, aplikasi ini membolehkan petani mengambil tindakan pengawalan segera bagi mengelakkan berlaku kerugian akibat serangan BPH.

     

     
       
       
  • MEKANISASI LEPAS TUAI
    PROSEDUR OPERASI STANDARD (SOP) PENGURANGAN KEHILANGAN LEPAS TUAI PADI

    Kementerian Pertanian dan Keterjaminan Makanan telah memberi mandat kepada MARDI untuk menjalankan kajian verifikasi kehilangan lepas tuai padi pada tahun 2015 – 2016 dan mengenal pasti kaedah-kaedah yang boleh mengurangkan kehilangan ini.
     
    SISTEM MEKANISASI LADANG BAGI PENGELUARAN TEMBIKAI

    Teknologi yang dibangunkan adalah penambahbaikan sistem pengeluaran tembikai secara konvensional sedia ada dengan memberi penekanan kepada penggunaan mekanisasi bagi operasi yang terpilih.

     
    SISTEM MEKANISASI LADANG PENGELUARAN UBI KELEDEK

    Hasil daripada penyelidikan yang telah dilaksanakan, Pusat Kejuruteraan MARDI telah membangunkan pakej kejenteraan ladang yang lengkap bagi membantu para petani yang terlibat dalam pengeluaran ubi keledek

    MESIN KOMPOS

    Mesin kompos (Compo Bin) berkapasiti 15 kg dan bersaiz 47.5 cm x 38.5 cm x 114 cm (panjang x lebar x tinggi) telah dibangunkan untuk memproses sisa tanaman daripada Kilang Tanaman MARDI secara berterusan. Compo Bin dilengkapi dengan motor berkuasa 25 W (satu fasa) yang digunakan untuk menggaul sisa dan mempercepat proses pengkomposan.


     

    SISTEM MEKANISASI LADANG BAGI PENGELUARAN TEMBIKAI

    Teknologi yang dibangunkan adalah penambahbaikan sistem pengeluaran tembikai secara konvensional  sedia ada dengan memberi penekanan kepada penggunaan mekanisasi bagi operasi yang terpilih. Sistem mekanisasi ladang bagi pengeluaran tembikai terdiri daripada beberapa teknologi mekanisasi yang dipakejkan bermula daripada operasi penyediaan tanah hingga penuaian.

     

    APLIKASI MUDAH ALIH PROSEDUR OPERASI STANDARD (SOP) PENYELARASAN JENTUAI

    Prosedur Operasi Standard (SOP) telah dibangunkan untuk mengurangkan kehilangan lepas tuai padi pada tahap kurang daripada 5% ketika aktiviti penuaian. Bagi memudahkan operator atau mekanik menjalankan pemeriksaan semasa aktiviti penuaian dan penyelenggaraan jentuai, satu aplikasi mudah alih yang mengandungi SOP operasi dan SOP penyelenggaraan telah dibangunkan. Aplikasi mudah alih ini terdiri daripada senarai semak pemeriksaan keadaan plot dan spesifikasi teknikal jentuai. Ia juga mengandungi senarai semak untuk penyelenggaraan jentuai bagi memastikan jentuai diselaraskan berdasarkan SOP terlebih dahulu sebelum di bawa ke lapangan.

    SISTEM 4 SEPARA RANTAI UNTUK TRAKTOR

    Sistem 4 separa rantai untuk traktor digunakan bagi mengurangkan kerosakan kepada lapisan keras tanah sawah padi dengan meningkatkan keluasan kawasan sentuhan dengan tanah dan mengurangkan tekanan kepada tanah.
     
     
    PEMBAJAK ALUR SUBPERMUKAAN (MOLE DRAIN)

    Pembajak alur subpermukaan merupakan implemen yang dipasang pada traktor dan berfungsi untuk mengeluarkan air bertakung dalam petak sawah.

     
    IMPLEMEN 3 DALAM 1: MEMBUAT BATAS, MEMBAJA DAN MENGAWAL RUMPAI

    Implemen pembatas piring 3 dalam 1 telah dibangunkan bagi membantu aktiviti pertanian di ladang. Implemen ini digunakan untuk membuat batas tanaman, membaja dan merumpai secara serentak.
      
     
    GROUSERS RINGAN UNTUK TREK PERTANIAN: PENYELESAIAN BAHARU UNTUK MASALAH TANAH LEMBUT

    Polyoxymethylene (POM) dipilih sebagai tapak bagi sistem trek berantai kerana ia mempunyai sifat seperti ringan, ketegaran yang sangat baik, ketahanan kepada impak tinggi, rintangan lelasan, dan mempunyai kestabilan hidrolisis. Untuk membangunkan tapak POM yang sesuai, sistem berasaskan trek separa rantai telah diuji dan dibandingkan dengan pemasang kayu dan besi. Jentera berkelegaan tinggi yang dipasang POM mempunyai kegelinciran di bawah 20% dan tahap kejerlusan untuk semua saiz tapak adalah kurang daripada 30 cm.

    ALAT PEMBENTUK KUIH PENERAM

    Alat pembentuk kuih peneram dibangunkan dengan memberi fokus untuk meningkatkan kapasiti pengeluaran, penghasilan kualiti produk yang konsisten dan bersih, kos penghasilan yang rendah, ringan, mudah dibawa dan mudah dibersihkan serta tidak memerlukan kemahiran untuk mengendalikannya.

    Alat mini lemang MARDI merupakan alat untuk memasak lemang bagi kegunaan pada peringkat domestik.
